Front Royal, VA: Proper Patriot, LLC. today announced a new partnership with Appalachian Warrior, LLC. & AW Foundation Org of Wytheville, VA. This partnership will provide educational opportunities through the Dr. Thomas L. Barnes Veteran Scholarship Fund for honorably discharged and disabled military veterans, and their children who have been admitted and enrolled at Wytheville Community College.

A needs-based educational scholarship to selected admitted and enrolled applicant(s).
Transition assistance and mentorship with Employment, Education, and/ or an Entrepreneurship needs throughout the local communities.
Marketing, communications, and event preparation assistance for future community events in support of scholarships.
